Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in this document carry specific meanings:

• Platform: The ebet website, mobile application, and all related digital services.
• User / Member: A person who has registered on ebet and is using the platform's services.
• Account: The personal profile created for each member, where their balance, transaction history, and personal information are stored.
• Bonus: Additional funds or rewards provided by ebet that are usable subject to specific conditions.
• Wagering Requirement: The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Services: All gaming, betting, and related financial services available on the ebet platform.

Eligibility and Age Restrictions

The following conditions must be met in order to use ebet's services:

• A person may operate only one account.

ebet reserves the right to immediately close any account created with false information and to forfeit all balances.

Account Registration and Verification

When registering an account on ebet, the member must provide their full name, date of birth, contact information, and details of their preferred payment method. As part of the identity verification process, ebet may request government-issued identification or other documents from the member at any time.

• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account information up to date at all times.
• The login password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, ebet support must be notified immediately.
• Transferring, selling, or renting an account is strictly prohibited.

Account Suspension and Closure

ebet may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

Deposit Rules

ebet currently supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Deposited funds must come from the user's own mobile banking or bank account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted, and such transactions will be rejected.
• All deposit transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• The withdrawal process is typically completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the verified payment method that was used at the time of deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• ebet reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until identity verification is completed, if required.

Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the ebet platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Payments in foreign currency are not accepted. ebet will not be responsible for any losses arising from currency conversion.

Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions

ebet offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus up to ৳5,000. This bonus applies to the first deposit only.

Example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirement:

• Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = after placing ৳10,000 in bets, winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposit.

General Rules for Using Bonuses

• A member may claim each promotional offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used to play games.
• Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after they expire.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, ebet reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Combining multiple bonus offers (stacking) is not permitted unless specifically stated.
• ebet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

VIP Membership and Cashback

ebet's VIP program has four tiers, with promotions based on active play:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

VIP cashback is automatically credited to the member's account each week. Moving up to a higher tier depends on regular and active participation on the platform.

Gaming Code of Conduct

All members on the ebet platform must follow the principles of fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Deliberately exploiting system errors or bugs.
• Attempting to control game outcomes by colluding with other members.
• Attempting to gain bonuses or advantages by using multiple accounts.
• Any form of fraudulent activity.

If these rules are violated, ebet may close the relevant account and forfeit all balances and winnings.

Technical Errors and Dispute Resolution

If a technical error occurs in a game, ebet reserves the right to void the relevant round. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the member's account. In the case of abnormal winnings resulting from a technical error, ebet may decide to void that amount.

ebet bears no responsibility for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Unauthorized access to a member's account, if this occurs due to the member's own negligence.

• Issues caused by the failure of third-party services (payment gateways, internet service providers).

Service Changes & Cancellation

ebet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service on the platform at any time without prior notice. ebet will not be held responsible for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. Responsible Gaming Policy
